The Cudahy High School ProStart Culinary Team competed against 13 other Wisconsin high schools in the 2025 ProStart Invitational Culinary and Management Competition held at Madison Area Technical College on Wednesday, March 19. The team put in a lot of time, hard work, and dedication during the past four months with practices both during our flex period and after school. Each team is given 60 minutes to professionally prepare two sets of their gourmet appetizer, entree, and dessert for the judges to view and taste. Our CHS team finished plating their dishes with two minutes to spare! We are still waiting for the final results, but we're proud of all the effort these budding chefs put into preparing for and competing in this prestigious event. Way to go Cudahy!

April is National School Library Month. In April, we acknowledge the important role that school libraries and librarians play in transforming learning. School libraries are an invaluable resource within schools, offering students and staff access to a wealth of information, literature, and technology. School libraries are not just places to check out books; they are a place for students to develop a love for reading, develop critical thinking skills, and explore new ideas.
