How to Retrieve Login/Password to Skyward - Family Access

Step 1

  1. Launch Skyward Family Access ... navigate to district webpage and in the top right of website find the Skyward Family Access logo... (see graphic)

  1. When presented with Skyward Family Access login screen ...
    click on     Forgot your Login/Password

*** These steps above assume you still have the email address you used to create your orignal account.  If not, proceed to STEP  2.

  1. Monitor your email for password reset instructions.

Step 2

  1. If you do NOT receive an email with requested password update ... it means you probably did not enter the same email you originally used to create your account.
     

  2. You will need to contact the Registar at the District Office ... Phone: 414.294.7406 ... who will confirm and send you an email with proper login information.  Normal business offices 7:30 - 4:30 apply.
