Our students in the Metals class are working on a community service project! They are currently modifying a set of railings for a disabled community member here in Cudahy! The existing railings were too low for the homeowner to safely use. Students stepped in and modified the railings so that they would be the correct height for the homeowner. What an amazing opportunity for our students to continue to give back to the Cudahy community!

Students in our high school Metals/Manufacturing class are currently working on restoring a gas tank that was a part of the first fire truck owned by the City of Cudahy in the 1930s! Thanks to the opportunities of the CTE program, students not only can gain hands-on opportunities in a future career but they also get to work on a piece of Cudahy history!
